The hotel offers stunning rooms with a splendid view of the Sea, fantastic private pools facing the Mediterranean, and a fresh modern design. The staff is very accommodating and the location is great for both relaxation and kids' activities, although it can get crowded. The dining options are good with diverse choices, but there may be some waiting. Overall, a top-notch hotel in Crete with some noise issues in the corridors.

I was pleasantly surprised and had a wonderful holiday at this hotel. The rooms are impeccably clean and beautifully designed, making my stay very enjoyable. The door closing system was a nice touch. However, the hotel can be quite crowded at times.
